Tuition is paid on a semester-by-semester basis and is due by the start of each semester.

Ottawa University has 3 enrollment window each year: Fall, Spring, and Summer.

• The application deadline is 2 weeks before the program start date if you are already in the US with a valid I-20

• Otherwise, the application deadline is 8 weeks before the program start date. The university reserves the right to stop accepting applications at any time should classes reach capacity

How to waive the $75 application fee by myself?

• After you submit the form, you will be emailed the application link and instructions.

• In the application form, enter your name, email address, school, campus, and program of interest

• Put “Goelite, Inc.” in the Agent field, then click the Submit- Success!

• University of Ottawa admissions office will email the latest program information and application process within 24 hours of the submission.

2. Statement of Purpose

   Not required if you have studied or worked in the USA

3. Degree Certificates and Transcripts

   Include all university transcripts. The degree conferral date must appear on all USA transcripts where a degree was earned

4. 3 Current Letters of Recommendation Letters accepted from academic and professional sources

   Letters must be written by the recommenders themselves in their own words and signed

5. Proof of English Proficiency IELTS (6.5) or TOEFL (79) or DuoLingo (105)

   Not required if you have studied or worked in the USA

6. Passport

   Individuals already in the USA must also include copies of their visa, most recent I-20, and I-94. Do not submit blank passport pages or previous I-20s

7. Bank Statement

   Show a minimum of $28,990 in financial support. Pay stubs cannot be used as proof of financial support. You can use bank statements, loans, lines of credit, or sponsor bank statements with a signed/dated sponsorship letter to show the required funds. An additional $6000 in financial support must be shown for each dependent.

* Students applying to the EMBA program must have a Master's degree plus 3-5 years of professional experience or a Bachelor’s degree plus 5-7 years of professional work experience.
